Day to Evening Makeup: Metallics

Hey, Everyone!

For this weeks makeup look, I wanted to create a neutral metallic eye that is day to evening friendly!
I've been really inspired by all of the gorgeous metallic shadows that I've been seeing all over the place. Rich coppers and golds, with lots of shimmer and dimension.
The look I came up with is super easy, versatile, and wearable.
I added a flirty pair of lashes, a glossy metallic lip, and I think it turned out awesome ♥

I used the E.L.F Baked Eyeshadow palette in "Texas", which is packed full of sexy metallics, and each shadow is so complimentary of the other, you can create a ton of gorgeous combos 😍

I hope you like the look 💖

Holiday Makeup: Emerald Green Smoky Eyes

Hey, Everyone!

It's been quite a while since I've done a post, and all I can say is that LIFE got in the way!  It's been an adventure, but I'm BACK! So for all of my super loyal friends that stop by and visit, THANK YOU!  I sincerely appreciate your kindness, support, and encouragement ♥

With that being said, for today's makeup look I created a Holiday look. Anyone got a Holiday event that you may or may not want to go to?? Work party, family gathering, or tree decorating at the in-laws?  Or maybe it's something more fun, like a night out with the girls, or a date night?  Well regardless, I have a really simple and eye-catching makeup look that is festive for any event this time of year!

I went back to my roots on this one and used the ORIGINAL Too Faced Smoky palette to create this, and man do I love this collection.  It is so easy to use, and I have so many happy memories with this little friend ♥
Anyway! On to the look.

I hope you like it!

Fall Makeup Look: Copper Foil

Hey, Everyone!

I'm back this week with a gorgeous and glitzy makeup look for Fall! I'm using some really fun products for this look, including an awesome liquid foil and a gorgeous lippie that a friend introduced me to! The foil was extremely easy to work with.  The formula dried quickly, and it was a breeze to remove :)

This look is super simple and you can modify it to be less or more intense.  I wanted something really dazzling, so I turned up the volume and added glitter and a dramatic pair of lashes ♥

Best wishes and happy Fall!

EYES:

♥ Urban Decay Primer Potion
♥ Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Vanilla Bean from brow bone to crease
♥ Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Country Girl as transition shade
♥ Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Cocoa Bear to crease
Touch in Sol Metallist Liquid Foil & Glitter in the shade "Margaret" to lid and lower lash line.
I applied the foil first, then tapped on the glitter to finish :)
♥ Black eyeliner to lash and waterline
♥ Black Mascara
♥ Red Cherry lashes in 107's

FOUNDATION & BLUSH:

♥ Maybelline Fit Me Foundation in 120
♥ L'Oreal Perfect Match Pressed Powder
♥ Nyx Cosmetics Blush in Amber

LIPS:

♥ Nyx Liquid Suede Lip Cream in "Soft Spoken"

There you have it! I love the intensity of the colors! I'm so ready for Halloween, how about you!?!
Thank you so much for stopping by, I truly love it when you do ♥

Lots of love and best wishes ♥

Enhancing Your Makeup with Lenses: LensFlavors.com

Hey, Everyone!

I was recently contacted by the fabulous people over at LensFlavors.com and was offered the opportunity to review a pair of contact lenses of my choice. Since I absolutely adore incorporating lenses into my makeup looks, I quickly seized the opportunity!

I selected the EOS Crystal Light Grey lenses for this review, and they are gorgeous and magical! Because they are so light, I opted to wear them with a moderately smoky eye to really enhance their color. I found them super easy to wear and extremely comfortable. I've collected a lot of contact lenses over the years, and this pair is a top fave.
Not to mention the color is just down right STRIKING...

Let's take a look :)

Let's take a moment to discuss the makeup!
