There is never a bad time to wear neutrals. They are beautiful day to night, and look beautiful on every skin tone.
For this week's makeup look, I wanted to do a softly blended neutral eye look, and add a zing of color. I absolutely couldn't resist after I picked up an AWESOME eyeshadow pencil this week.
I wanted to do something wearable and daring. A bit flirty :-)
*FUN FACT* Most of the cosmetics used this week are UK brands!!
This is the most delightful British Invasion ever!
Let's get on with it!
Here are the tools used:
EYES:
♥ UDPP
♥ NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk to lid
♥ MUA Cosmetics Palette in Glamour Nights
♥ Shade #6 (buff) to brow bone down to crease
♥ Shade #1 (white) to inner corner
♥ Shade #2 (gold) to center of lid and lower inner corner
♥ Shade #3 (bronzey brown) to crease blended out to brow bone
♥ Shade #4 (black) to outer V and crease
♥ Rimmel Scandal Eyes Eyeshadow Pencil in Blamed Blue
to lower lash line
♥ Black eyeliner to lash and water line
♥ Red Cherry Lashes in 43's
♥ Black mascara
*Note* I added a tiny gemstone to the outer corner of my lower lash line.
It's tricky to see in the photos, but it's an optional step :-)
BLUSH:
♥ The darker pink from the MUA Artiste Collection :-)
LIPS:
♥ MUA Lipstick in Shade #6
♥ MUA Sheer Finish Lip Gloss in "Can't Stop"
I love how wearable and versatile this turned out!
Hope you like it as well :-)
Have a wonderful week!! Thanks again for visiting! I truly love it when you do!
xoxo,
Colleen
