黎家,男,汉族,1963年4月生,江苏太仓人,博士、教授、博士生导师,现任澳门游戏网上官方版生命科学集团院长,2003年获得俄克拉荷马大学Junior Faculty Award,2008年被教育部聘为“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授。

学习经历

1995年,美国弗吉尼亚理工大学 博士(Ph.D. Virginia Tech, 1995);

1989年,中国科集团植物研究所 硕士 (M.S. Institute of Botany, CAS, 1989);

1984年, 澳门游戏网上官方版生物系 学士 (B.S. Lanzhou University, 1984)。

工作经历

1984-1986年在湖南师范大学生物系教师。1990-1991年在中科院植物研究所任助理研究员。1997-2002年在美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校从事博士后研究。2002年8月起在美国俄克拉荷马大学植物与微生物系任助理教授,2008年5月晋升为副教授,获终身教职(tenured)。通过全球竞聘获任澳门游戏网上官方版生命科学集团院长,于2009年3月全职回国工作,是教育部“长江学者”特聘教授(2008年)。获2013-2014年度美国弗吉尼亚理工大学农学与生命科学集团杰出校友奖。

为研究生讲授“Plant Hormones”(英文); 目前指导3名博士后,15名博士研究生、12名硕士研究生。

研究方向

  本实验主要关注类受体激酶(Receptor-like Protein Kinases)介导的植物细胞信号转导途径,正在进行的有以下三个方面的工作:

  1 )油菜素内酯的信号传递、合成、及代谢途径的分子调控机制 (Brassinosteroid Signal Transductionand Homeostasis):油菜素内酯是一类重要的植物激素,参与调控植物生长的各个阶段,阻断油菜素内酯的生物合成或信号转导都会使植物变得极其矮小,并表现出雄性不育、推迟衰老、在黑暗培养时呈现出去黄化等的异常表型。油菜素内酯的受体是一个跨膜的亮氨酸富集型受体激酶,它的胞外特定结构域能特意与油菜素内酯相互作用从而启动胞内一系列磷酸化、脱磷酸化反应,把信号一步步传到细胞核中,最终改变基因的表达。在过去的十年中,本研究小组利用激活标签遗传学手段成功地分离到多个关键蛋白 ( 比如: BRS1 , BAK1 , AtSERK1 , BRL1 , BRL3 , BEN1 等 ) ,研究表明它们在油菜素内酯的信号转导、合成、及代谢调控中起重要作用。利用经典遗传学及生物化学手段,本实验室清楚地证明了BAK1在油菜素内酯信号早期阶段起必不可少的作用。现阶段的工作集中在利用遗传、生化、蛋白组学等方法继续发现参与油菜素内酯信号转导、合成、及代谢调控的新蛋白,并对以往实验室已发现蛋白所参与的具体作用机制作深入细致的探讨。同时,我们也密切关注不同植物激素之间通过互作来调控植物的生长发育及逆境适应的分子机理。

  2 )用遗传及生化手段研究拟南芥中一类亮氨酸富集型受体蛋白激酶的生物学功能 (Functional Analyses ofLRR-RLKs):胞与细胞,细胞与环境之间的信号转导是高等植物生长发育的细胞生物学基础,位于细胞表面的受体激酶在信号转导过程中起至关重要的作用,它们通常作为信号转导的原初受体,接受位于细胞间隙的小分子化合物(即所谓的信号分子),信号分子可以来自于周围的植物细胞或环境中的微生物等。过去的十多年中本实验室做了大量的前期工作,克隆了拟南芥基因组中全部223个编码亮氨酸富集型受体蛋白激酶的大多数全长 cDNA(Gou et al., 2010, BMC Genomics),克隆并建立了全部223个LRR-RLK的promoter-GUS转基因植株 (Wu et al., 2016, Molecular Plant),对它们在不同发育阶段的组织水平的转录表达进行了详细的研究,对进一步了解它们真正的生物学功能奠定了良好的基础。目前本实验室正在利用各种遗传学、分子生物学及组学手段对223LRR-RLKs中尚未揭示功能的分子开展生物学功能研究,已有多个尚未研究过的LRR-RLKs的功能被鉴定到,比如,最近鉴定到5个LRR-RLKs(RGIs) 作为一类多肽激素(RGFs)的受体参与调控植物根分生组织的发育(Ou et al., 2016)。

  3 )受体激酶介导的植物细胞凋亡的分子机理 (RLK-Mediated Plant Cell-Death Control):们前面的工作已发现受体激酶 BAK1 及 BKK1 能同时参与正向调控油菜素内酯信号转导,同时抑制细胞凋亡,同时敲除 BAK1 和 BKK1 使植物变得极其矮小,并在光下很快进入细胞凋亡过程,造成叶片快速死亡, 这种细胞凋亡并不需要病原菌的诱导,显然是一条与PTI通路不相关的信号途径。我们目前正在对 BAK1 及 BKK1 调控细胞凋亡的分子机理作深入的探索。通过传统遗传学手段,我们已发现了多个能抑制双突变体bak1 bkk1细胞死亡的遗传抑制子,它们的具体作用机制还在研究中。
